MoveOn.org Thinks "Illegal" Should Be Illegal

The progressive [liberal] organization MOveOn.org now attacks our First Amendment Rights!



Clearly they haven't read the First Amendment.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

They apparently don't understand the meaning of the words "illegal" as in "illegal alien" and "sovereignty" as in as it appears in Article II of the Articles of Confederation of 1777 either.

illegal alien - noun

1. a foreigner who has entered or resides in a country unlawfully or without the country's authorization.
2. a foreigner who enters the U.S. without an entry or immigrant visa, especially a person who crosses the border by avoiding inspection or who overstays the period of time allowed as a visitor, tourist, or businessperson.

 sovereignty -noun, plural sov·er·eign·ties.

1. the quality or state of being sovereign.
2. the status, dominion, power, or authority of a sovereign; royalty.  
3. supreme and independent power or authority in government as possessed or claimed by a state or community.  
4. rightful status, independence, or prerogative.  
5. a sovereign state, community, or political unit.

O'Reilly is right on target as we all should be.  Don't let the liberal left dodge the topics they don't want to address, don't let them talk over you and don't let them attack you as "extremist", "uneducated", "uncaring" or any of the other lables they like to pin on those they disagree with.  Force them to answer with unambiguous "Yes" and "No" replies to your questions.

Leave it to Nancy Pelosi, who said we had to pass ObamaCare in order to find out what's in it, to suggest that a document we had well over two centuries to read was misinterpreted by the court in its Citizens United decision wherein it held that corporations and unions can spend unlimited amounts on political advocacy as long as they do not coordinate with candidates or campaigns.

Pelosi, at a press briefing last Thursday, endorsed a movement announced by other congressional Democrats the day before to ratify an amendment to the Constitution to allow Congress to regulate political speech when it is engaged in by corporations as opposed to individuals.…read more

Seven Black juveniles associated with an assault that occurred near Cactus Middle School in Palmdale were arrested recently by Palmdale Sheriff’s Station detectives, along with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The incident occurred on March 14, while a 15-year-old Hispanic boy was walking home from school. According to police officials, a group of up to ten Black male juveniles approached the boy and challenged him to a fight.

The suspects surrounded the victim and began punching him while several other juveniles watched,” said a media release from the LASD. “The victim continued to defend himself from the group of suspects until he fell to the ground,” at which point the suspects continued to punch and kick him in the face and head.

LANCASTER – A man was shot to death in Lancaster early Saturday morning, authorities said.

The shooting happened around 12:10 a.m. Saturday in the 700 Block of West Avenue H-7, according to Deputy Peter Gomez of the Sheriff’s Headquarters Bureau.

So … what’s the difference?  In the latter two cases, there is a notable absence of outrage in the glare of the major media outlets by such illustrious defenders of human rights as Farrakhan, Sharpton, and Jackson.   THINK ABOUT IT!

Douse the Flames, Mr. President!

More blacks in America are killed every year than the total number of U.S. service men and women that have died in ten years of armed conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan. Moreover, 93% of blacks are killed by blacks. Chances are, you haven’t heard this from the Obama Media Group. Why not? They don’t want you to know the truth. Neither do Obama, Sharpton and Farrakhan.

In addition:

·         Blacks make up only 12.5% of the U.S. population – yet commit nearly 40% of murders in America every year

·         Nearly 50% of murder victims in America are black. Again – blacks make up only 12.5% of the total population

·         Blacks kill more members of their own race every year than do all other races in America – combined.

Where is the Obama of Tucson now?

When Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot during a rampage by a crazed gunmen, Obama stepped in with an address to cool the passions and call a halt to the false and fevered accusations of moral complicity in the monstrous crime of a lone killer.

Alas, racial tension in this country is not new. What is new is having a president who, for political gain and selfish ideological reasons, is instigating a racial divide that has not been seen for decades. In order to ignite a passion in his base, Obama is intentionally taking this country back to the Civil Rights Era, when violence in the streets was commonplace. But a black person in America in 2012 has every civil right that a white person has -- and then some. Affirmative action has led to black people actually having an easier time accessing certain schools, jobs, and positions of higher authority. (The exception to this seems to be if you want to work on Obama's re-election campaign.)

In the aftermath of the Trayvon Martin shooting, this country is again facing a shocking eruption of black hatred of white America. While we expect the likes of Al Sharpton to crawl out from under their rock and ramp up the hateful rhetoric whenever a race-baiting opportunity arises, we do not expect the attorney general to publicly praise Sharpton "for your partnership, your friendship, and your tireless efforts to speak out for the voiceless, to stand up for the powerless, and to shine a light on the problems we must solve, and the promises we must fulfill." In a healthy society, in which the president does not carry racial biases that impact his judgment and ability to function effectively, Obama would denounce Farrakhan, Jackson and Sharpton for the agitators that they are. Obama would take to the teleprompter and condemn all calls to violence, asking for rational minds to prevail.

But, of course, that is impossible.  Too many votes might be lost and too many “rice bowls” broken; most notably those of Farrakhan, Sharpton, Jackson and all of the other race baiters in this nation whose livelihoods and notoriety depend upon seizing every opportunity to fan the flames or racial divisiveness.

Detroit, industrial capital of the XXth Century, played a fundamental role shaping the modern world. The logic that created the city also destroyed it. Nowadays, unlike anywhere else, the city’s ruins are not isolated details in the urban environment.  In 1967, social tensions exploded into one of the most violent urban riots in American history. The population exodus accelerated and whole neighborhoods began to vanish. Outdated downtown buildings emptied. Within fifty years Detroit lost more than half of its population.

Meanwhile in Wisconsin

Gov. Scott Walker signed into law last year a measure that abolished most collective bargaining rights for most public employees and required them to pay a greater share of their pension and health care costs.        Gee … what a concept!

He has also signed into law a voter identification measure that requires people to present a form of photo identification such as a passport or driver’s license when they show up to vote.     Now there’s another novel concept!

For Democrats and union members those actions made Walker the most infamous Republican in the nation. Walker’s collective bargaining measure sparked furious, weeks-long protests in the state capitol in Madison last winter, at one point leading Democratic lawmakers to flee to Illinois in an attempt to deny a quorum and prevent enactment of the law.  In the near future the state votes on a Democrat recall attempt.

Once upon a time, folks had to wait for the next election if they didn’t like the results of an incumbent’s actions.  Nowadays they just “throw the bum out” at the earliest opportunity.  I guess the good people of Wisconsin don’t talk much to their neighbors in Michigan on the other side of the lake!  I’m betting that if they are successful, the downstream results will be a lot like “throwing the baby out with the bathwater”. [think Michigan]

Hmmmmm ….. on second thought, they may have something there.  Maybe we should follow their lead and throw out Obama, “The Great Divider”.
