Hold Holder in contempt! ... It's PAST Time!

EDITORIAL: Hold Holder in contempt

No more slow-walking Fast and Furious probe
By THE WASHINGTON TIMES Monday, May 14, 2012
Justice has waited long enough. It’s time to pull the trigger on contempt charges against Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. for withholding documents from Congress in the Operation Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal. Allowing further delay would only confirm what many Americans suspect: There is one set of laws for bureaucrats and another for the rest of us.

Issa vows action on Holder as Washington Times demands it
By THE EXAMINER.COM Monday, May 15, 2012
Political rhetoric over Operation Fast and Furious in “the other Washington” heated up once again on Fox News Monday night when Congressman Darrell Issa promised that action will be taken, but he may have been upstaged by the Washington Times’ Monday editorial demanding that Attorney General Eric Holder be held in contempt.

A message to Congressman Issa - STOP THE PROCRASTINATION ALREADY !!

The Washington Times has it almost right except that it's no longer a "suspicion".  This congress and administration have clearly and repeatedly demonstrated that they believe there is one set of laws for bureaucrats and another for the rest of us.  In my opinion, even if the GOP is successful in regaining the presidency and hopefully the senate too, contempt charges against Holder should be pursued to a conclusion and not dropped as a result of the coming elections, regardless the outcome.
