Since the day he was elected to office, Obama has worked to drive up the price of fuel which is a key ingredient for a prospering economy.  From the appointment of Steven Chu to Sec'y of Energy in January 2009 until he was replaced by Sec'y Moniz in May of 2013, it was all about suppressing drilling, shutting down coal mining, stopping the Keystone Pipeline and raising the cost of energy to that of Europe.  Now it's all about carbon caps.

Perhaps the environmental protectionists would prefer to see us all back in caves rubbing two sticks together to make a fire.  No . . . that won't work either.  That would mean chopping down protected timber.
